Although you will find that most publications are in Dutch and Papiamento, concise information in English is available in many parts of our website. FESCA is a research institute affiliated with the political party AVP on Aruba, though independent in its activities and agenda. Our foundation conducts political research from a social-christian viewpoint. Our research subjects range from issues in the Aruban parliamentary democracy to the future of the Dutch Kingdom and our relations with the European Union.

Apart from FESCA’s own publications, you will find a growing number of documents that played an important role in Aruba’s political history. Our aim is to make these documents available to a large audience.
